TikTok Shop Agency. by Shaazford

What we do

Six jobs, one team,
one invoice.

TikTok Shop fails in the seams: great content with a broken catalogue, a full affiliate roster nobody manages, ad spend behind a video that was never going to convert. We run the whole loop so the seams are ours to answer for.

1. Shop setup and merchandising

Getting approved is the easy half. The work that decides revenue is the catalogue: product titles that read on a 6-inch screen, images that survive being watched at speed, bundles that lift average order value, and pricing that leaves room for a creator commission without eating your margin.

Catalogue build

Titles, images, variants, attributes and compliance so products are eligible and findable.

Offer construction

Bundles and price points designed around the commission you will pay, not bolted on afterwards.

Shipping and returns

Templates and SLAs set so fulfilment does not become the reason your shop gets throttled.

2. Short-video production

Content is not marketing support on TikTok, it is the storefront. We work in weekly batches against defined content pillars, write hooks for the first second rather than the first five, and cut for the sound-on, thumb-down environment the video actually lands in. Repurposed Instagram Reels are visible from a mile away and perform accordingly.

Every batch is briefed against what the last batch proved, not against a calendar written in January.

3. Creator and affiliate programmes

This is the part most brands underestimate. Recruiting creators is outreach at volume, and then it is logistics: samples out, content chased, commissions set at a rate that is worth a creator's time without destroying your unit economics, usually 15 to 20 percent.

4, 5 and 6. Paid, LIVE, and reporting

Spark Ads and GMV Max

We amplify organic content that has already earned attention rather than paying to distribute something nobody chose to watch. Managed to contribution, not to spend.

LIVE selling

Run sheets, offer sequencing and hosting structure. A LIVE without a planned offer ladder is an hour of talking.

Reporting to margin

GMV, commission paid, ad spend, fees, and what is left. Impressions are not a business outcome.

Questions before you brief an agency

What does a TikTok Shop agency actually do, day to day?

Product cards and catalogue work, a weekly content batch, creator outreach and sample logistics, affiliate commission structures, Spark Ads budgets, LIVE run sheets, and the reporting that says which of those made money.

Do you produce the content or do we?

We do, on the Brand plan. Content is the channel on TikTok, so handing it back to the client is how most agency engagements quietly fail. If you already have an in-house creator team we brief them instead and price accordingly.

How long before this works?

Shop setup and first content inside two to three weeks. A functioning affiliate programme takes longer, usually six to ten weeks, because creators have to be recruited, sampled and given time to post. Anyone promising revenue in week one is describing paid ads, not TikTok Shop.

Can you take over an account that already exists?

Yes, and that is most of what we do. We audit what is there, keep what works, and rebuild the merchandising and content system around it.
